Winter / Spring 2022 renovations include 1st floor bathroom and upstairs hall bathroom, central air-conditioning, new outdoor shower, new windows and exterior doors! Please note: we do not list this home on craigs list. This home is located on a private way and only one house back from the sand. There are glorious ocean views from the first & second floors of this impeccably maintained home. Charmingly decorated and bright with gleaming hardwood floors, cathedral ceiling family room, eat-in kitchen with large center island & warm maple cabinets, fully applianced, primary bedroom with private bath & soaking tub and a cozy fireplace in the living room. The furnished expansive ocean side deck with new gas grill means more outdoor living and dining in the summer season. Extra amenities: an enclosed hot & cold water exterior shower, wireless Internet, cable t.v apple tv, phone (w/in the U.S.& Canada), beach chairs and beach towels. Min. to Odiorne Science Center, Rye Harbor boat tours & short drive to historic downtown Portsmouth with its fine restaurants, theaters, Strawberry Banke & Prescott Park, nationally recognized museums and boutique shopping. Summary: The location was amazing, just a few steps from the beach! You could hear the waves at night, it was very peaceful and special. There's an also a beach yoga class about 3 houses down which was an added bonus. I highly recommended this beach rental. clean house with plenty of beach towels, plenty of room and necessary amenities - great communication with the owner as well and friendly neighbors!
